Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 300 ph platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online entertainment services of this nature in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 300 ph reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or using false identity information, will be closed without notice. 2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on the 300 ph platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately using the contact details provided in the footer of this page. 300 ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to use your account to access the platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on the 300 ph platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported payment channels include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer — the same methods widely used by players across the Philippines for everyday transactions. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to an account registered in your own name; 300 ph does not process payments to or from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the procedures described on the Withdrawal page, and processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider. 300 ph reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, and funds will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct

The 300 ph platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation. You must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the platform, its games, or its payment systems in any way. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. 300 ph reserves the right to void any transactions or game results that are found to have been influenced by prohibited conduct, and to recover any funds obtained through such means. Repeated or serious violations may be referred to the relevant authorities in the Philippines.

5. Mobile Access and Platform Availability

The 300 ph platform is designed to be accessed via a standard mobile or desktop web browser and does not require any app download or APK installation. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements to access the platform. 300 ph may update, modify, or temporarily suspend any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, including individual games, payment features, or account management tools. 6. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 300 ph. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account suspension and may expose you to legal liability. The 300 ph name and logo are brand identifiers and may not be used in any context without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 300 ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform or its content is to stop using the platform and close your account. 9. Changes to These Terms

10. Governing Law
